Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Royal Bullion Capital platform and the services offered
through it. By opening an account you accept them. Please read the
Risk Disclosure as well — it is part of these terms
and it describes how you can lose money.
1. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
- You must open the account in your own name and for your own benefit. Accounts operated
on behalf of an undisclosed third party are not permitted. - The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date. We may suspend an
account whose details we cannot verify. - You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Activity through your account
is treated as yours unless you tell us otherwise without delay. - One person, one account, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
2. Verification
Before you can fund an account or withdraw from it, we must verify your identity and
address. We will ask for government-issued identification and proof of address, and we may
ask for evidence of source of funds. Until verification is complete, some functions remain
unavailable. We may re-verify at any time, and we may refuse or close an account where
verification cannot be completed.
3. How your orders are executed
- Every order is filled at a price our server reads from the market at the moment you
trade. Prices are never taken from your device. - Buying takes the ask and selling takes the bid, so you cross the spread on entry and
again on exit, as you would at any broker. - The spreads, swap rates, contract sizes, lot limits and trading hours that apply are
those published on our Contract Specifications page. They can
change, and they widen around major news, at the daily rollover and when liquidity is thin. - Where your account type carries a commission or a spread markup, it is shown on the
Account Types page and charged as stated.
4. Margin, margin call and stop-out
Positions are opened on margin. Your margin level is your equity measured against the
margin held on your open positions, and the levels at which we act are published on our
Trading Conditions page.
- At the margin call level you are warned. Nothing is closed; you may add funds or reduce
exposure. - At the stop-out level positions are closed automatically, the worst-losing first, and
only as many as it takes to restore the level. - Stop-out is automatic. It may occur without further notice, including outside your
waking hours, and we are not obliged to contact you first.
5. Negative balance protection
You cannot lose more than the money in your account. If a position closes at a loss
greater than the margin behind it, we absorb the difference: your balance stops at zero and
we will not ask you to pay anything back. This protection does not apply where a loss
results from your fraud, market abuse or deliberate manipulation.
6. Overnight financing
A position held past the daily rollover incurs a swap charge or credit, quoted per lot
per night in your account currency. It accrues on the position, is reflected in your equity
while the position is open, and settles when you close. One day each week may carry the
weekend’s financing at a multiple, as published. Swap-free accounts are never charged
overnight financing on any instrument, for as long as a position remains open.
7. Deposits and withdrawals
- Funds must come from an account in your own name. Third-party funding is refused and
returned, and may result in your account being closed. - Deposits are credited once verified. Where a payment reference is required, an
unmatched or missing reference will delay crediting. - Withdrawals are returned to the same method and the same account you funded from,
wherever that is possible. - Withdrawal requests are reviewed before payment. We may hold a withdrawal while we
complete verification or investigate suspected abuse. - Limits, minimums and any fees are those shown at the time you transact.
8. What you must not do
- Abuse pricing errors, latency, or a malfunction. Where a trade results from a manifest
error in a quote, we may void it and adjust the account, and we will tell you why. - Use the platform for market manipulation, money laundering, or any unlawful purpose.
- Open accounts for others, share credentials, or misrepresent who you are.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or interfere with its operation.
9. The partner programme
If you introduce clients under our partner programme, commission accrues on the terms
published to you at the time of the activity that generated it. We may withhold or reverse
commission arising from self-referral, from accounts you control, or from activity intended
solely to generate commission. Partner terms may change prospectively.
10. Suspension and closure
You may close your account at any time, subject to settling open positions and any
amounts owed. We may suspend or close an account where verification fails, where we are
required to by law, or where these terms are breached. Where we close an account, we return
the remaining balance to you by an approved method.
11. Availability
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted
access. Maintenance, connectivity failures, and events outside our control can interrupt
trading. We are not liable for losses arising from an interruption we could not reasonably
have prevented. Where the platform is unavailable, contact support to manage a position.
12. No advice
We do not provide investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing on this platform is a
recommendation to trade or a statement that a trade is suitable for you. Market commentary,
tools, calculators and educational material are provided for information only. Decisions
are yours.
13. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. Where a change materially affects you, we will give notice
through the platform or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use your account
after that date means you accept the change.
14. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, contact support first — most issues are resolved there.
If you are not satisfied, ask for the matter to be escalated and we will respond with our
findings and reasons.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the operating company
is established, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. The operating
company’s registered details are available on request from support.
